[Luteolin](https://www.mskcc.org/cancer-care/diagnosis-treatment/symptom-management/integrative-medicine/herbs/search?keys=luteolin&letter=)
Works on the NOTCH signalling pathway. Doesn't have good bioavailability but oils seem to increase that 8-10x.
#research Scutellaria barbata (common names Barbat skullcap, Ban Zhi Lian, Banjiryun). Look into finding dried source in Chinatown to make a tincture. Also look into best source for pill supps.
I have ordered these from a Canadian provider who uses a liposome (oil based) formula which increases luteolin bioavailability 10x. Expensive but I think this one is worth it:

>Accordingly, luteolin has been progressively investigated in different types of cancer, and data obtained suggest that it exerts significant anticancer effects.
>...the protective effect of luteolin was tested against experimental colon carcinogenesis...In this model, luteolin was found to protect cell surface and maintain the structural integrity of cell membranes and reduce tumor incidence, thus strengthening the potential protective effect against colon cancer. Besides the anticancer effects against this type of cancer, **this flavonoid also produced a 24% reduction of colon cancer liver metastasis**.
>Additionally, based on the evidence that aspirin has been associated with a reduced risk of colorectal cancer, other authors investigated the effects of aspirin and luteolin either alone or in combination on male Wistar rats. Findings revealed that coadministration of both biomolecules **led to the disappearance of polyps from the colon tissue** and normalized cortical convoluted tubules in the kidney tissue. **Thus, aspirin seems to be extremely useful when supplemented with luteolin in the treatment of colon cancer,** aiming at avoiding...the prolonged administration of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs)
